In 2008, Slovnaft continued to improve the implemented quality management systems that have a non-substitutable position and a long-term tradition in the Company. Slovnaft annually undergoes audits carried out by an external international auditor company SGS with markedly positive results. In 2008, the auditor company repeatedly pointed out and appreciated the quality of process operation and management in all certified areas.
Regular internal audits aimed at the continual monitoring of implemented management systems and the systematic independent review of the efficiency of managing elements and the quality management system in certified areas is an important applied quality management tool.
