Since year 2000 strategic partnership of SLOVNAFT with MOL has been created. The partner of SLOVNAFT in refinery business is MOL Plc., while key partner in petrochemical business is TVK Plc. These 3 companies and its subsidiaries creates the MOL Group - respected international corporation, the biggest player in the crude oil&gas business within Central Europe. Subsidiaries of SLOVNAFT has been established to carry out R&D activities (SLOVNAFT VÚRUP), export sales on the key markets abroad (SLOVNAFT CZ and SLOVNAFT Polska), as well as to provide some other service processes.

MOL

MOL Plc. is the Hungarian national refinery and retail operator. The company core business is production, warehousing, distribution, wholesale and retail sales. MOL Plc. is the dominant owner of SLOVNAFT, a.s. (98,5%). MOL Plc., together with its subsidiaries and partners creates MOL Group, operating in 8 countries of Central Europe. The five-year objective of the Group, reaching out to 2010, sets the strategies of maximising opportunities for growth arising in "New Europe" and providing superior shareholder return.

TVK

TVK Plc is an reputated producer of polyolefinics, based in Tiszaujváros, Hungaria. TVK's has been recently completed with state-of-the-art-technologies. TVK as well as SLOVNAFT put their petrochemical assets into newly created (since July 1st, 2006) subsidiary - SLOVNAFT Petrochemicals Ltd.
