Holds an MSc in Economics from the Corvinus University of Budapest and an MBA from INSEAD in France. From 1992 he worked as a Consultant. Between 1995 - 1997 he was the HR Manager at PepsiCo's Frito Lay business and between 1997 - 2001 he worked as HR Director at Pepsi Cola Hungary. After his MBA he was hired by Friesland Foods as HR Director CEE. Joint MOL Group in 2004 as Downstream HR Manager. Director of Compensation and Downstream HR from 2005. Vice President Human Resources from April 2006.
