Vladimír Kestler

Member of the Board of Directors of SLOVNAFT, Joint Stock Company, from April 2010.

He graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava. Since 1987 he worked for a commercial export company OMNIA and in the 1990 he became Director of Trade Group. Since 1994 he was a Member and later Vice-Chairman of the Board of OMNIA,a.s. Since 2000 he was the Chairman of the Board of Omnia,a.s.
In 2007 he became the Chairman of the Board of Omnia Holding, SE.
He is Vice-Prezident of National Union of Employers (RUZ). He is a Member of the Scientific Council FPM EU in Bratislava and since 2010 Honorary Consul General of the Kingdom of Sweden to Slovakia, based in Bratislava. In 2011 he completed Doctoral Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Business Management, University of Economics in Bratislava.
