Ileana-Sorina Baltatu graduated at the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, Aeronautical Department in 1988. She also graduated at the Academy for Economical Studies of Bucharest, Management Faculty in 1998. Since January 2006 she has been member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in UK and graduate in Applied Accounting in Oxford Brookes University. Between 1988 and 1993 worked in “AEROFINA” Avionics Enterprise in Bucharest. Between 1993 and 2005 she was working in Shell on various positions, since 1998 she was General Manager and Retail Sales Manager in Shell Romania. In 2005 start working in MOL Group. Since January 2006 she is the Sales and Business Development Manager and Retail Country Manager for Slovnaft Slovakia and from June 2006 also Retail Country Manager for Slovnaft Czech Republic. Member of the Board of Directors since April 17th, 2009.
